In-house and company based training

DFF International has detailed knowledge and proven experience in the analysis of corporate and individual training needs and the development of programmes to bridge the ‘gap’. Where required this also extends to the development of training standards and success criteria against which a programme can be measured.

The approach adopted could take the following steps:

Understand clearly the relevant performance targets of the client organisation;
Identify the ability of the individuals and groups in relation to the targets and thereby define the 'gap'.
Taking the culture of the client organisation into account design and validate a training or development programme to bridge the 'gap'.
Programme preparation will include all training material and aids, comprehensive manuals, exercises, case studies and training assessment and evaluation procedures.
If necessary undertake all administration including delegate notification and venue preparation.

Alternatively, at a simpler level, one or more of our proven training packages could be drawn on, ‘as is’ or tailored, to address any of a large number of technical and managerial areas.
